Step 1: Purchase this Lumi Lamp (full price) and you will receive your brand new lamp with a returns slip inside.
Step 2: Send us back your Lumi Spark lamp (must meet the terms and conditions)
Step 3: After your Lumi Spark has passed inspection you will be refunded £90!
Sending back your Lumi Spark. T&C’s:
Only Lumi Spark lamps purchased directly from Nail Order are eligible for the upgrade scheme.
Returned Lumi Spark lamps must have been purchased within 365 days of the day that the lamp arrives at Nail Order HQ.
Your Lumi Spark Lamp must be in working condition and clean: all buttons, bulbs, charging port, etc in working condition.
Serial number sticker and warranty sticker must still be present on the base of the Lumi Spark lamp.
Lumi Spark lamp housing must be in good condition, free of major defects.
Lumi Spark Lamp should be returned to HQ without power cord. You MUST keep this power cord for your upgraded Lumi Lamp.
Refurbished Lumi Spark lamps are NOT eligible for the upgrade scheme.
Once Lumi Lamp upgrade listing has been purchased, customers should return their Lumi Spark lamp at their own cost and have returns slip included.
Refund of £90 + vat will be issued once customers Lumi Spark has been returned and inspected. Refunds will not be issued if the customer’s Lumi Spark lamp is deemed defective or outwith specified conditions of the agreement. In this case, the customer’s Lumi Spark lamp will be returned to them.
