Buying a refurbished Lumi Spark Lamp. T&C’s:

When purchasing a refurbished Lumi Spark lamp at a discounted price, you acknowledge the following:

  1. This lamp is a refurbished model, meaning the lamp has had a previous owner.

  2. The lamp has been inspected by Nail Order and deemed to be in appropriate working condition, but may contain small imperfections.

  3. Refurbished Lumi Spark lamps come with a 3 month warranty. 

  4. Refurbished Lumi Spark lamps will come with a new power cable. 

  5. Refurbished Lumi Spark lamps will come with a new base with protective plastic. 

  6. Refurbished Lumi Spark lamps may have small imperfections

  7. Refurbished lamps are sold without original packaging.

  8. Refurbished lamps may be returned in their sale condition within 14 days. Otherwise refurbished lamps are subject to 3 month warranty. 

  9. Refurbished lamps are not eligible for upgrade schemes.

 

Shipping costs are dependent on the weight of the product(s) you are purchasing. 

For regular sized parcels in the UK we normally charge £5.95-£6.95 and ship via DPD Local 2 days trackable with a 1 hour time slot.

For deliveries outside the UK including Republic of Ireland we use a mix of carriers depending on the current price of freight and the price is dependant on the weight again, ranging from £5.95-£24.99 and is trackable.

Prices exclude VAT or associated customs charges.

No returns are accepted on Cuticle Oil products that have been opened.
