I'm based outside of the UK, how do the taxes work?

Taxes are calculated based on your location. If based in the EU, you will now prepay the taxes of your local government at the time of ordering to expedite the delivery process and avoid customs delays.

How do I manage my subscriptions?

Make sure you are logged into your account and then go to your Subscriptions page.

From here, you can easily edit, pause or cancel your subscriptions.

How soon can I expect my order to arrive?

Shipping destinations

We ship both nationally and worldwide.

Shipping times

  • We try to process orders within 24 hours of you order and supply you with a tracking number or email from one of our carriers.
  • Mainland UK orders take 2 business days to be delivered to you using DPD Local with a 1 hour window for when it will arrive. Please download the My DPD App from your app store.
  • Orders from Highlands, Islands and N. Ireland are sent via Royal Mail and take 2-3 business days.
  • Orders shipped to Ireland are sent using Parcelforce and usually take 3-5 business days but we are looking at a way to speed this up.
  • International orders take 10-15 business days to be delivered via Fedex, DHL or UPS. When you pay shipping for overseas orders we tend to charge the maximum it could be, but if on the daywe can reduce the shipping rate we will refund any difference.
  • Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.
My order is lost, stolen, or on the way back to you

If your order is lost, stollen or on the way back to DPD or Nail Order please contact our customer service team who will raise an investigation with the carrier.

These investigations can take up to 14 days but we will do our best to speed the process along. Please be sure to include your order number and tracking number when you email.

Go to the orders tab on your account page here:

From here, find your order and click the View details button.

Follow the link to the Order Status Page.

You can now view all the current details on your oder including tracking information.

I have a problem with a TikTok order

Problems with TikTok orders can only be dealt with via the TikTok platform. Please contact us via the chat function through TikTok shop.

Where can I find my invoices?

Go to the orders tab on your account page here:

From here, you can view all of your past orders and easily download and print your required invoices in PDF format.

How do I return an item?

Whilst we do not offer free returns, you are welcome to return any unused items to:

Items must be in original packaging and unopened. Please include a note with your name, order number and the details of your return.

An item I want is out of stock. When will it be available?

We can't always give a heads up about when products will be restocking as it's always subject to change. However, if the product is added to your wishlist we can notify you when they're restocked.
