Allowing customers to swap their old brand gels is something that has been requested from us since we started offering gels, we have worked hard to bring you an initiative that we think offers our customers the best value for money and easiest way to dispose of their old gel. This initiative is open to any and all customers (new or old), the only stipulation is that to be eligible to return your bottles you must purchase one of the kits offered below. The kits have been curated to offer customers the best value for money as well as a little bit of everything they need to successfully rebrand to Nail Order.

Each kit at a glance
Every kit comes with a Lumi Spark gel nail lamp,
5 essentials - Primer, Base Coat, Gloss Top Coat, Matt Top Coat and Ultima Gel;
and the following number of 15g bottles of gel:

Looking to swap something in or out of the bundle?
We appreciate that some nail technicians may want to swap things in and out of the bundles. For instance they may want to upgrade the lamp to the Lumi Lamp, swap out bottles of builder for pots or swap out builder gel in favour of more gel colours. If you wish to do this please email us at customerservice@nailorder.co.uk and we will be more than happy to help build your personalised bundle.
Below are the swaps that are permitted to be made in the bundles,
please note no other substitutions are permitted:
- Lumi Spark swapped to Lumi Lamp (for an up charge)
- Lamp swapped out for 10 additional gel polishes
- Lamp swapped out for 9 AnGel or Syner Gel bottles
- Lamp swapped out for 7 AnGel or Syner Gel pots
- AnGel or Syner Gel bottles swapped out for pots (less pots than bottles to make the same value or equal bottles to pots for an up charge).
-Flexi Gel swapped out for equal number of bottles of gel polish, AnGel or Syner Gel
FAQs
How do I return my bottles?
- After placing an order, our customer service team will reach out with detailed instructions
- Receive your prepaid returns label when you are ready to return your bottles within 6 months
- Carefully package up your bottles, ensuring they wont break during transit. Please note all bottles must be returned at once.
- Send your bottles within 7 days of receiving the label
- Upon receipt your store credit will be issued
What can be returned?
We will accept bottles, no matter how much product is left in them, that contained any of the following:
- Gel Polish
- Builder Gel
- Hard Gel
- Top Coats
- Base Coats
- Rubber Base
- Professional Only Brands*
What we don't accept:
- Nail Order Bottles (nice try ;))
- Non-Curable Nail Liquids e.g. Primer, Cleanser, Dehydrator, Acetone
- Art Gel
- Monomer
- Acrylic Powder
- 3D Modelling Gels
- Gel Polish "Pens"
- Non Professional Brands
How many can I return and how much store credit will I get per bottle?
How many bottles you can return depends on the package that you have bought above.
You are entitled to return any number of bottles from 1 to the maximum your package entitles you to.
For instance if you select the intro package that entitles you to return any number up to 50 bottles.
Each bottle returned will earn £2 store credit to be used at any time.
What happens to my old bottles?
Great question!
We have inquired high and low in regards to finding an environmentally friendly / recycling solution for your old bottles, however, unfortunately, we have been unable to find such a solution. Due to the toxic nature of gel polish and the impossible nature of cleansing the gel from the bottles, gel polish bottles should be disposed of by way of a local household hazardous waste facility.
In true Nail Order fashion we have decided to do something a little different, we are going to commission an artist to make pieces of art out of the used bottles and auction these off. Any money raised will be donated to charity.
Other important info
Whilst overseas customers are more than welcome to purchase one of the bundles, we are unable to arrange a returns label for their old bottles, this is due to the massively increased costs of postage as well as the risk of us incurring customs charges on the returned bottles. Should any overseas customers wish to purchase a bundle and arrange their own return of their bottles, we will be more than happy to issue their store credit, please note any customers wishing to do this are liable for any customs charges incurred.
Bottle can be returned full or empty and anything in between.
